Cancellation
For attendee cancellations, send a written request via fax to Reboot Communications at 604-530-0871.

  • For requests received by January 12, 2007, your registration fee will be refunded, less a 20% handling fee.
  • For requests received after January 12, 2007, there will be no refunds.
  • No credits are given to no-shows or late shows.
  • You may send a substitute in your place. Please notify us by e-mail to [email protected]
  • Note that "early bird" fees apply until January 12, 2007.
