Enrollment Details:
Fees All Conference Packages include: admittance to all conference sessions, 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 receptions. Conference is limited to only 450 delegates; please register early to guarantee your attendance. Rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel will not be reserved/guaranteed until payment is received. Privacy: The information on this form will be used only for conference administration purposes. Early bird pricing Early bird registrations must be paid in full prior to March 15th, 2006 to take advantage of early bird pricing. If registrants have not paid by the early bird cut-off date, the full conference rate will apply. Cancellation For attendee cancellations, send a written request via fax to Reboot North America at 604-530-0871. For requests received by March 3rd, 2006, your registration fee will be refunded, less a 20% handling fee. For requests received after March 3rd, 2006, there will be no refunds. No credits are given to no-shows or late shows.
