Event Management
REBOOT Communications is a private company that organizes technology-based conferences, usually with a strong public sector component.
Recent conferences have covered technology and counter-terrorism, rethinking technology in government, and Alberta's crisis management process.
We work as our own client, or with government agencies who need our expertise in conference production.
In past conferences, we have developed liaisons with senior officials of the Canadian provincial and federal governments, and the ability to attract high-profile speakers.
Our audiences
These conferences generally involve an audience of senior policy-makers and decision-makers from governments and organizations that work with governments. We design our conferences to attract a sophisticated audience that is already familiar with the basics of most of the issues covered, and we discuss how to achieve the transformations that are needed.
The technology side
Information technology companies are a key part of Reboot conferences, through their sponsorship and provision of expert speakers. Most of our sponsors also provide an exhibit booth at the conference, and many connect us with satisfied users of their services.
Global Activity
Our March 2003 conference in Bal Harbour is the first of a planned series of conferences outside Canada, as we take our experience and network of colleagues world-wide.
Planning and Delivering
Reboot Communications can handle all aspects of your conference, from planning and strategy to organization and execution. Starting with our initial planning document, we'll guide you through the many decisions that need to be made at the outset and throughout the process. We'll work with venues and specialists to make arrangements, line up the sponsors, and provide liaison with the sponsors and speakers.
We provide everything from speaker services to on-line registration and we are comfortable with audiences up to 1000 delegates or more.
