Sponsor Services

Our sponsors typically get recognition in signage and printed materials in return for sponsoring a speaker.

At some conferences, higher-level sponsors are also invited to provide a plenary speaker where there is a good match with the conference theme.

At all our conferences, major sponsors are entitled to present one of several concurrent Business Briefings to the delegates.

Sponsors are also entitled to booth space on the exhibit floor and an appropriate number of delegate registrations.

We also offer lower levels of sponsorship, such as exhibit booths only or sponsorship of a coffee break.

For each conference, we prepare a customized sponsor support service. We document the arrangements for delegate registrations, exhibit booths, delivery of materials and many other details. Each committed sponsor receives a copy of this documentation for planning purposes.
